SILO OPERATION PLAN CREATING APPARATUS

To provide a silo operation plan creating apparatus which automatically creates an operation plan and visualizes a know-how of an expert.SOLUTION: A silo operation plan creating apparatus 1 according to the present invention has an operation plan creating unit 20 for creating an operation plan so that based on input prerequisites, all absolute conditions should be satisfied and more consideration conditions should be satisfied. The prerequisites include a total pay-out amount of coal for each period, a total acceptance amount and a kind thereof, and a storage amount and a kind of coal of each silo after pay-out and acceptance of the previous period. The operation plan creating unit 20 creates, for each silo, a unit operation plan for the succeeding period including a kind of coal, an acceptance amount and a pay-out amount for the next period, and a storage amount of coal after acceptance and pay-out of the next period. The operation plan creating unit repeatedly creates a unit operation plan for a further next period with setting the storage amount of the created unit operation plan for the next period as a storage amount as a previous period.
