To provide a medical information providing device, a medical information providing system, a medical information providing method, and a program enabling appropriate setting of conditions for disclosure of medical information.SOLUTION: A medical information providing device of an embodiment has an acquisition unit and a registration unit. The acquisition unit acquires, for every item included in a subject's medical information, designation information in which a subject designates whether to permit disclosure to an external device.
