Zusammenfassung:To provide a frame structure whose height position relative to a building structural body can be adjusted as necessary, a sash frame mounting structure, and a building.SOLUTION: A frame structure according to the present invention, which is capable of attaching a sash frame to a building structural body, includes a frame body that can be attached to the structural body so that the weight thereof is supported by the structural body, and a height adjuster which is movably attached to the frame body and can adjust the height position of the frame body relative to the structural body, wherein the frame body is configured to be selectable between a first support state in which its own weight is supported by the structural body in a state in which the height position is not adjusted by the height adjuster and a second support state in which its own weight is supported by the structural body via the height adjuster in a state in which the height position is adjusted by the height adjuster, according to the state of the structural body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】必要に応じて建物の構造躯体に対する高さ位置を調整可能なフレーム構造体、サッシ枠取り付け構造、及び、建物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るフレーム構造体は、サッシ枠を建物の構造躯体に取り付け可能とするフレーム構造体であって、前記構造躯体により自重が支持されるように、前記構造躯体に取り付け可能なフレーム本体と、前記フレーム本体に対して移動可能に取り付けられ、前記フレーム本体の前記構造躯体に対する高さ位置を調整可能な高さ調整体と、を備え、前記フレーム本体は、前記高さ調整体により高さ位置が調整されない状態で、前記構造躯体により自重が支持される第1支持状態と、前記高さ調整体により高さ位置が調整されている状態で、前記高さ調整体を介して、前記構造躯体により自重が支持される第2支持状態と、を前記構造躯体の状態に応じて選択可能に構成されている。【選択図】図2
