To provide a transplanter that enables simplification of the configuration of a drive force control mechanism for intermittently lifting up and down a planting tool.SOLUTION: A planter is provided, including: a pair of left and right driven front wheels (121) and driving rear wheels (122); a planting tool (151) that plants a transplant while being lifted up and down by a planting tool lifting mechanism (140); a seedling feed-table-type transplant feeding mechanism (160) that feeds the transplant to the planting tool (151); and a handle frame (102). The handle frame (102) is disposed so as to be biased toward one of the left side and the right side of the vehicle body.
