To provide a drug sortation apparatus with which it is possible to shorten the time required for portioning.SOLUTION: A drug sortation apparatus (1) comprises: a second housing part (14) in which it is possible to arrange multiple sorting cups (141) for housing multiple types of drugs in a state of being classified by type; a portioning mechanism (6) which portions the drugs housed in a housing part; a first dispensing mechanism (4) which dispenses the drugs housed in the housing part to a portioning part for each sorting container; and a container takeout mechanism (124) which takes out the sorting container from the housing part and delivers the same to the first dispensing mechanism.
