METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ACQUIRING CROSS-SECTIONAL IMAGE OF STACKED CAPACITOR

To provide a method and apparatus for acquiring a cross-sectional image of a stacked capacitor capable of realizing the time (or cost) efficiency in acquiring the cross-sectional image of the stacked capacitor and fine resolution of the cross-sectional image of the stacked capacitor.SOLUTION: A stacked capacitor comprises a body having a plurality of internal electrodes and a plurality of dielectric layers stacked alternately.
