An apparatus for acquiring a cross-sectional image of the stacked capacitor may comprise: a camera for acquiring an enlarged image of a cross-section of the stacked capacitor where the plurality of internal electrodes and the plurality of dielectric layers of the body are exposed; a lens positioned between the cross-section and the camera; a light source outputting visible light; and a first polarizer polarizing and outputting light input from between the light source and the cross-section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1a
