To provide a coil component that has a coil portion with improved delamination defects and improved rigidity, minimizes the reduction in effective volume while improving the rigidity of the coil portion, improves the adhesion strength between the coil portion and the external electrode, and prevents board warpage.SOLUTION: A coil component 1000 includes a main body 100, a coil portion 300 disposed within the main body and including a coil pattern 312 having a plurality of turns and a pull-out portion 332 extending to one side of the main body, and an external electrode placed on the main body and connected to the pull-out portion.
