Zusammenfassung: | To provide a heavy object movement device and a heavy object movement method using the heavy object movement device that allows easy transportation to a construction site and installation at the site.SOLUTION: A heavy object movement device comprises: traverse rails; a pair of gantry frames provided facing each other near both ends of the traverse rails; and a lifting mechanism that runs along the traverse rails. A heavy object movement method using the heavy object movement device to move heavy objects includes the steps of: deploying and installing gantry frames having shortened braces and connecting beams, in which the gantry frames comprise a pair of braces that can be expanded and contracted in the height direction, and the connecting beam that connects the upper ends of the braces and can be expanded and contracted in the longitudinal direction; lifting and moving a heavy object by making a heavy mechanism run along the traverse rails while the heavy object is suspended; and minimizing the unfolded gantry frames by shortening both the braces and the connecting beams.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】現場への搬出入が容易であるとともに、施工現場での据え付け作業が容易な重量物移動装置を用いた重量物の移動方法及び重量物移動装置を提供する。【解決手段】横行レールと、横行レールの両端部近傍に対向して設けられる一対の門型フレームと、横行レールに沿って走行する揚重機構と、を備える重量物移動装置により重量物を揚重移動する、重量物移動装置を用いた重量物の移動方法であって、門型フレームが、高さ方向に伸縮自在な一対の支柱と、支柱の上端部どうしを連結し長手方向に伸縮自在な連結梁と、を備え、支柱と連結梁が短小化された状態の門型フレームを、展開して据え付ける工程と、重量物を吊持させた状態ので重機構を、横行レールに沿って走行させることにより、重量物を揚重移動する工程と、支柱と連結梁の両者を短小化することにより、展開した門型フレームを、最小化する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図2 |
