Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information processing method, etc. capable of outputting information including positions of each user within a facility and the users' exit from the facility.SOLUTION: An information processing method according to one aspect is characterized in executing processing of: obtaining, via relay units 3 disposed dispersedly in a facility for communicating with wireless tags 4 of users, tag IDs for identifying the wireless tags 4 and relay unit IDs for identifying the relay units 3; and storing information including positions in the facility corresponding to the relay unit ID of each user and the users' exit from the facility based on the obtained tag IDs and relay unit IDs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】各ユーザの施設内の位置、及びユーザの当該施設外への退出を含む情報を出力することが可能となる情報処理方法等を提供すること。【解決手段】一つの側面に係る情報処理方法は、施設に分散配置され、ユーザの無線タグ４と通信する中継ユニット３を通じて、前記無線タグ４を特定するタグＩＤ及び中継ユニット３を特定する中継ユニットＩＤを取得し、取得したタグＩＤ及び中継ユニットＩＤに基づき、各ユーザの中継ユニットＩＤに対応する前記施設内の位置、及び前記ユーザの前記施設外への退出を含む情報を記憶する処理を実行させることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
