ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE OF TUBULAR MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE

To provide an attachment structure of a tubular member which enables improvement of airtightness between a resonator and a connection member, and to provide a manufacturing method of the attachment structure.SOLUTION: An attachment structure of a connection member includes: a resonator; a tubular connection member which is inserted and fitted in a fitting cylinder part of the resonator; and a seal member which is sandwiched between an inner peripheral surface of the fitting cylinder part and an outer peripheral surface of the connection member. The resonator further includes a base member located at an exterior part of a wall part partitioning a hollow space. The base member covers a cylinder end part of the fitting cylinder part and has an annular shape integrated with an outer peripheral surface of the fitting cylinder part and includes an inner peripheral surface in which a portion covering the cylinder end part is flush with the inner peripheral surface of the fitting cylinder part.
