Component (a): at least one compound selected from organic acids, inorganic acids and oxidizers other than peroxycarboxylic acids. Component (b): at least one compound selected from carbonates, bicarbonates and percarbonates.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】簡易な手法で効果的に含水堆積物を除去でき、且つ自然環境への負荷も小さい含水堆積物除去用発泡剤を提供する。【解決手段】下記の成分（ａ）及び（ｂ）成分を含有する、含水堆積物除去用発泡剤。成分（ａ）：有機酸、無機酸及び過炭酸以外の酸化剤から選ばれる１種以上の化合物成分（ｂ）：炭酸塩、炭酸水素塩及び過炭酸塩から選ばれる１種以上の化合物【選択図】なし
