To make a virtual dialog system perform efficient and accurate context collection that targets accurate and valid context resolution.SOLUTION: A system, a computer program product, and a computer packaging method are provided to interface with virtual interactive environments for dynamic and optimal context collection for problem diagnosis and resolution. The context model is utilized to identify a context entity and one or more corresponding context collection mechanisms.
