Zusammenfassung:To provide a rice cooker capable of sufficiently suppressing yellow discoloration of rice.SOLUTION: A rice cooker 10 comprises: an inner pot which can be detachably attached to a main body, and can store rice; a lid which is attached to the main body so as to cover an upper opening of at least the inner pot, and has a storage part for storing dew condensation water and a surface facing the inner pot; a first heating mechanism 15 for heating the lid; a second heating mechanism 19 for heating the upper part of the inner pot; and a control unit for executing warming processes S1, S2 to control the first heating mechanism 15 and the second heating mechanism 19 for setting a temperature of the inner pot to a temperature greater than a temperature of the lid, and setting a temperature difference between the inner pot and the lid, to a temperature difference at which dew dropping can be suppressed on the inner pot and the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】ご飯の黄変を十分に抑制可能な炊飯器を提供する。【解決手段】炊飯器10は、本体に着脱可能に備えられ、米を収容可能な内釜と、少なくとも前記内釜の上部開口を覆うように前記本体に取り付けられ、結露水を貯める貯留部と前記内釜に臨む面とを備える蓋と、前記蓋を加熱する第1加熱機構15と、前記内釜の上部を加熱する第2加熱機構19と、前記内釜の温度を前記蓋の温度より高く、かつ、前記蓋と前記内釜との温度差を、前記内釜及び前記面での露垂れを抑制可能な温度差にするように、第1加熱機構15及び第2加熱機構19を制御する保温工程S1,S2を実行する制御装置と、を備える。【選択図】図4
