Zusammenfassung:To provide a grapefruit fruit-like alcoholic beverage that has a predetermined level or higher of extracts and acidity; is infused or enriched with juicy sensation, a peeling feel, and complexity from cloudy grapefruit juice; and also has reduced sourness.SOLUTION: A grapefruit fruit-like alcoholic beverage contains cloudy grapefruit juice, has an extract level of 3.5 w/v% or more and 8.0 w/v% or less, and an acidity in terms of citric acid of 0.40 g/100 ml or more and 1.20 g/100 ml or less, and further contains α-pinene.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】所定以上のエキス分および酸度を有し、且つ、グレープフルーツ混濁果汁の果汁感、ピール感、および複雑味が付与または向上され、さらに酸味の角が低減されたグレープフルーツ果実様アルコール飲料を提供する。【解決手段】グレープフルーツ混濁果汁を含み、エキス分が３．５ｗ／ｖ％以上８．０ｗ／ｖ％以下であり、クエン酸換算の酸度が０．４０ｇ／１００ｍｌ以上１．２０ｇ／１００ｍｌ以下であり、さらにα－ピネンを含有するグレープフルーツ果実様アルコール飲料とすることにより、前記課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
