To provide a stage device capable of reducing a residual vibration of a floating stage (an upper table) in accordance with a rotational vibration of a lower table and improving a through-put.SOLUTION: A stage device comprises: a first table 104 that can be moved on a base 106; a second table 102 that can be moved on the first table 104 while floating, and includes a first part and a second part lower than the first part; a first position measurement device 600 that measures a position of the first part of the second table 102; a second position measurement device 300 that measures a position of the second part of the second table 102; and a computer 601 that controls a motor 200 driving the second table 102.
