Zusammenfassung: | To provide a brazing sheet provided with a sacrificial anode material layer that is used for a heat exchanger for an air conditioner and can excellently combine corrosion resistance and pressure resistance.SOLUTION: A brazing sheet 10 is used in a heat exchanger for an air conditioner, including a joining structure in which an angle of inclination of an inclined part with respect to a joining part is 40 degrees or less, and a temperature at the time of joining is set within the range of 610 to 620°C. It includes a core material 11 made of an aluminum (Al) alloy, a brazing material layer 12 made of an Al alloy containing Si, and a sacrificial anode material layer 13 made of an Al alloy containing Zn and Si. A thickness of the sacrificial anode material layer 13 is within a range of 15 to 25 μm, and when the temperature at the time of bonding is T, an Si content XSi in the sacrificial anode material is less than or equal to a value expressed by the formula (1): T = 660-8×exp(0.3XSi) and more than or equal to a value expressed by the formula (2):T=580+55×exp(-0.5(XSi-1.7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 空気調和装置用熱交換器に用いられ、耐食性および耐圧性を良好に両立させることが可能な、犠牲陽極材層を備えるブレージングシートを提供する。【解決手段】 接合部位に対する傾斜部位の傾斜角が40°以下である接合構造を含み、接合時の温度が610~620℃の範囲内に設定された、空気調和装置の熱交換器に用いられるブレージングシート10であって、アルミニウム(Al)合金製の心材11、Siを含有するAl合金のろう材層12、ZnおよびSiを含有するAl合金の犠牲陽極材層13を備える。犠牲陽極材層13の厚さは15~25μmの範囲内であり、接合時の温度をTとしたときに、犠牲陽極材におけるSiの含有量XSiは、式(1):T=660-8×exp(0.3XSi)から導き出される値以下であり、かつ、式(2):T=580+55×exp(-0.5(XSi-1.7))から導き出される値以上に調査される。【選択図】 図1 |
