SIMPLE AGITATION UNIT AND GROUT MATERIAL ADJUSTING METHOD

To provide a simple agitation unit and a grout material adjusting method that enable anyone to efficiently agitate and adjust in a short time a grout material of high viscosity hitherto considered to be difficult to adjust.SOLUTION: A simple agitation unit 10 is equipped with a cylinder body 20 and an agitation blade 30 which can be inserted into the cylinder body 20. The cylinder body 20 comprises a cylinder main body 21 which is used as an agitation container of a grout material, and which can be used as a discharge container of the grout material. The agitation blade 30 includes: an inlet lid 31 which is fitted to an opening at the other end of the cylinder main body 21 to seal the opening; a shaft part 32 provided by penetrating the inlet lid 31 so as to be slidable; and a blade part 33 provided at a tip of the shaft part 32. The blade part 33 is constituted of a plurality of inclined wings 35 projecting radially in a radial direction from the tip of the shaft part 32. The inclined wing 35 is inclined at a prescribed inclination angle relative to a horizontal line. A diameter of the blade part 33 has a dimensional relationship of being smaller than an inner diameter of the cylinder main body 21, and a blade width of the inclined wing 35 has a dimensional relationship of being smaller than the diameter of the blade part 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】これまで調整が困難とされてきた高粘度のクラウト材を誰でも効率よく撹拌して短時間のうちに調整することができる、簡易撹拌ユニットおよびグラウト材の調整方法を提供すること。【解決手段】筒体２０と該筒体２０に内挿可能な撹拌羽根３０とを具備した簡易撹拌ユニット１０であって、筒体２０はグラウト材の撹拌容器として使用すると共に、グラウト材の吐出容器として使用可能な筒本体２１からなり、撹拌羽根３０は筒本体２１の他端の開口部に装着して封鎖可能な入口蓋３１と、該入口蓋３１をスライド可能に貫通して設けた軸部３２と、該軸部３２の先端に設けた羽根部３３とを有し、羽根部３３が軸部３２の先端部から径方向に向けて放射状に突出した複数枚の傾斜翼３５からなり、傾斜翼３５が水平線に対して所定の傾斜角度で傾斜しており、羽根部３３の直径が筒本体２１の内径に対して小さい寸法関係にあり、傾斜翼３５の羽根幅が羽根部３３の直径に対して小さい寸法関係にある。【選択図】図１
