SMALL FLYING INSECT ADHESION CAPTURE SHEET AND SMALL FLYING INSECT CAPTURE TOOL HAVING THE SAME

To provide a small flying insect adhesion capture sheet which has a great attraction effect for a small flying insect, especially a small flying insect which mediates cow leukemia viruses, and efficiently captures the insect, and a small flying insect capture tool having the same.SOLUTION: A small flying insect adhesion capture sheet 10 comprises: a sheet substrate 11 with a macular pattern 11a on one or both sides; and an adhesive agent layer which is formed on a surface of the sheet substrate 11 with a Holstein cow macular pattern 11a which simulates a part or whole body of a surface macular pattern of a Holstein cow, for capturing the small flying insect. The small flying insect adhesion capture sheet 10 has preferably, a release sheet 15 for protecting an adhesion surface of the adhesive agent layer.
