The electric wire substrate 70 includes a reflection layer 60 having a reflection surface 62 which can reflect light and can be inclined to an optical axis of the optical waveguide 50 and a driving unit 70 which can change the angle of the reflection surface 62 so that light is propagated via the reflection surface 62 between the optical waveguide 50 and the optical element 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
