ROLLING BEARING HAVING CREEP PREVENTION FUNCTION

To easily insert a rolling bearing having a creep suppression member into a housing, and to secure the reliability of creep prevention without the necessity of strict dimension management.SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing arranged with rolling bodies 3 between an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 2, and having a creep suppression member in a groove 4 on a circumference of a fitting face, an elastic body 5 as the creep suppression member is insert-molded so as to possess both a projection part 5a from an outside diameter face 1a of the outer ring 1 being the fitting face and a relief part 5b, and firmly adheres into the groove 4. When inserting the rolling bearing 10 into a housing, a deflection of the projection part 5a of the elastic body 5 is elastically absorbed by the relief part 5b, and a phenomenon that the elastic body 5 comes off from the groove 4, and is broken by a shearing action can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】クリープの抑制部材を備えた転がり軸受を、ハウジングへ容易に挿入できるようにするとともに、厳密な寸法管理を要することなく、クリープ防止の信頼性を確保できるようにする。【解決手段】外輪１と内輪２の間に転動体３が配置され、はめあい面の円周上の溝４に、クリープの抑制部材を備えた転がり軸受において、クリープの抑制部材としての弾性体５は、はめあい面である外輪１の外径面１ａからの突出部５ａとヌスミ部５ｂの両方を有するようにインサート成形して、溝４に固着する。転がり軸受１０をハウジングに挿入する際、弾性体５の突出部５ａの撓みがヌスミ部５ｂで弾力的に吸収され、弾性体５が溝４から外れたり、剪断作用で切れたりする現象が防止される。【選択図】図１
