Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for manufacturing a bottomed can, which can provide high-quality bottomed can suppressed in distortion and bending with high accuracy while a given part of a blank can be thinned and reduce the amount of scraps to be discarded, and an intermediate material for bottomed can manufacturing.SOLUTION: This bottomed can manufacturing method is for manufacturing a plurality of bottomed cans 10 from one metal original plate 20, and comprises: a coining step of coining at least a part of a blank scheduled region 30 of the original plate which becomes a blank 33; and a forming step of executing punching to obtain the blank from the original plate and squeezing the blank into a bottomed can shape. These steps are carried out in this order. A buffer hole forming step of boring a blank flow buffer hole 25 in the blank scheduled region of the original plate is carried out before the coining step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
