To improve quality of a product that is formed by cutting a paper material.SOLUTION: An oil treatment device 1 assembled to a cutting part 30 for cutting a paper material 5 into two or more products 3 with a cutting blade 32 includes an oil supply part 6 and a wiping out part 7. The oil supply part 6 supplies oil to at least one of the lateral surfaces 34, 35 on both sides of the cutting blade 32.
