MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LED LIGHTING DEVICE

To provide a manufacturing method of an LED lighting device which enables a cap part to be formed easily and can prevent entry of rain water and mixing of dust over a long time, and to provide an LED lighting manufacturing device and the LED lighting device.SOLUTION: An LED lighting device 10 includes: LED elements serving as a light source; a substrate part 12 in which the LED elements are mounted in a line; a case part 13 in which the substrate part 12 is stored; and a cap part 14 which closes an opening of an end 13e of the case part 13.
