HEATING COOKER

To provide a heating cooker improved in operability when removing steam discharge means composed of a plurality of components from a lid body.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: an inner pot 1; a body 3 storing the inner pot 1; an inner lid 45 covering an upper part of the inner pot 1; and a lid body 21 detachably provided with the inner lid 45 and covering an upper part of the body 3. The lid body 21 has steam discharge means 65 in which steam generated in the inner pot 1 flows, and a storage part 64 for detachably attaching the steam discharge means 65 is formed inside the lid body 21. The steam discharge means 65 has a steam port assembly 81 and a pressure regulating valve holder assembly 82 detachable from each other.
