Zusammenfassung: | To efficiently reproduce a solvent through distillation.SOLUTION: A solvent reproduction device is formed, interposing a partition wall 16, with: a distillation tank 14 which has heaters 23 therein, and to which used solvents Sx are introduced; and a collection tank 15 which has, at a bottom part, a high boiling point solvent collecting part 31 and a low boiling point solvent collecting part 32 for respectively collecting two kinds of solvents which have, a difference in boiling points thereof, out of the used solvents Sx. On a part of the partition wall 16, there is formed a flow-down plate part 16a that makes fluid flow down to one side, and defines the distillation tank 14 on the lower side and the collection tank 15 on the upper side. The high boiling point solvent collecting part 31 is formed adjacent to a lower side of the flow down plate part 16a, and a cooling coil 36 is provided on a position except for an upper side of the flow-down plate part 16a and the high boiling point solvent collecting part 31 on the upper part of the collection tank 15, and below the cooling coil, the low boiling point solvent collecting part 32 is provided. On a front stage of the flow-down plate part 16a on the collection tank 15, there is formed an introduction hole 34 into which a solvent to be reproduced, is introduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蒸留による溶剤の再生を効率よく行う。【解決手段】内部にヒータ23を有し使用済み溶剤Sxが導入される蒸留槽14と、使用済み溶剤Sxのうち沸点に高低差のある2種の溶剤をそれぞれ回収する高沸点溶剤回収部31及び低沸点溶剤回収部32を下部に有する回収槽15を、隔壁16を介して形成する。隔壁16の一部に、下側を蒸留槽14、上側を回収槽15として流体を一方へ流下させる流下板部16aを形成する。高沸点溶剤回収部31は流下板部16aの下に隣接して形成し、回収槽15の上部における流下板部16aと高沸点溶剤回収部31の上方を除く位置に冷却コイル36を設け、この下方に低沸点溶剤回収部32を形成する。回収槽15における流下板部16aの前段には再生処理する溶剤を導入する導入口34を形成する。【選択図】図1 |
