Zusammenfassung:	To provide a technology which can inhibit troubles from being caused by air bubbles occurring in a heat medium.SOLUTION: A heat transfer device includes: a passage in which a liquid heat medium flows and which includes an inlet and an outlet of the heat medium; and a solid heat transfer body which contacts with the heat medium flowing in the passage and transfers heat generated from a heating element to the heat medium.
