Zusammenfassung: | To provide an aluminum alloy plate for conductive member which has high conductivity, and has excellent stress relaxation properties and proof stress, and a terminal using the aluminum alloy plate for conductive member.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy plate 1 for conductive member, comprises: 0.15-0.5 mass% of silicon; 0.75-1.35 mass% of copper; 0.15-1.35 mass% of magnesium; 0-0.8 mass% of zinc; and 0-2.3 mass% of iron, with the remainder formed of aluminum and inevitable impurities. There are provided a plurality of dispersed crystallized objects 2 and a plurality of dispersed precipitated objects 5 formed of intermetallic compounds including copper and aluminum, a grain diameter of the crystallized object 2 is 1 μm or greater, and a grain diameter of the precipitated object 5 is less than 1 μm, and the terminal 10 has the aluminum alloy plate 1 for conductive member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】高い導電性を有しつつも、応力緩和特性及び耐力に優れた導電部材用アルミニウム合金板、及び当該導電部材用アルミニウム合金板を用いた端子を提供する。【解決手段】導電部材用アルミニウム合金板1は、ケイ素:0.15~0.5質量%、銅:0.75~1.35質量%、マグネシウム:0.15~1.35質量%、亜鉛:0~0.8質量%、及び鉄:0~2.3質量%を含有し、残部がアルミニウム及び不可避不純物からなる組成を有し、アルミニウム及び銅を含有する金属間化合物からなる複数の晶出物2及び複数の析出物5が分散し、晶出物2の粒子径が1μm以上であり、析出物5の粒子径が1μm未満である。端子10は、導電部材用アルミニウム合金板1を備える。【選択図】図4 |
