POLLUTION PREVENTION MAT FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC COOKER

To provide a pollution prevention mat for an electromagnetic cooker, in which fastening or breaking is hardly generated.SOLUTION: A pollution prevention mat 1 is formed by one obtained by cutting out a sheet substance 2 in a circular shape. The sheet substance 2 is formed by: a woven fabric 3 as a sheet-like material that is constructed by one obtained by performing a plain weave of a glass fiber having a transparence and heat resistance of a magnetic force wire; and coat materials 4a and 4b formed by a whole surface of both surfaces of the woven fabric 3 and constructed by a silicone having non-transparency and heat resistance. In the sheet substance 2, the maximum strength of a tear strength is 5.0kN/m or more and 240kN/m or less, a thickness of the woven fabric 3 is 0.02 mm or more and 0.42 mm or less, a total of a coating amount of each of the coat materials 4a and 4b is 5 g/m2 or more and 520 g/m2 or less and a coating amount of the coat materials 4a and 4b is 20 g/m2 or more and 570 g/m2 or less, and a total of a coating thickness of each of the coat materials 4a and 4b is 2 μm or more and 300 μm or less and a coating thickness of the coat materials 4a and 4b is 4 μm or more and 330 μm or less, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 固着や破れが生じにくくなる電磁調理器用汚れ防止マットを提供する。【解決手段】汚れ防止マット１は、シート体２を円形に切り出したものよりなる。シート体２は、磁力線の透過性及び耐熱性を有するガラス繊維を平織したものより構成されるシート状の素材である織布３と、織布３の両面の全面に形成され、非透水性且つ耐熱性を有するシリコーンより構成されるコート材４ａ及び４ｂとからなる。シート体２は、引裂き強度の最大強度が５．０ｋＮ／ｍ以上２４０ｋＮ／ｍ以下に、織布３の厚みが０．０２ｍｍ以上０．４２ｍｍ以下に、コート材４ａ及び４ｂの各々の塗工量が５ｇ／ｍ２以上５２０ｇ／ｍ２以下に、コート材４ａ及び４ｂの塗工量の合計が２０ｇ／ｍ２以上５７０ｇ／ｍ２以下に、コート材４ａ及び４ｂの各々の塗工厚みが２μｍ以上３００μｍ以下に、コート材４ａ及び４ｂの塗工厚みの合計が４μｍ以上３３０μｍ以下に、それぞれ設定されている。【選択図】 図２
