EQUALIZATION DEVICE

To provide an equalization device capable of suppressing cost and reducing possibility of an apparatus failure without requiring complicated control.SOLUTION: An equalization device 2 comprises single charge/discharge means Ce and control means 30. A first switch Sa connects a cathode side of the charge/discharge means Ce with any one of a plurality of contacts Sa1-Sa5 connected to cathodes of a plurality of batteries B1-B5, and a second switch Sb connects an anode side of the charge/discharge means Ce with any one of a plurality of contacts Sb1-Sb5 connected to anodes of the plurality of batteries B1-B5.
