Zusammenfassung: | To provide novel means for extending high-temperature holding time that does not depend on extension of a clearance in a reignition method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a sintered ore using a reignition method is intended to manufacture the sintered ore using a DL type sintering machine 10 which includes an ignition furnace 1 for performing an initial ignition, and a reignition furnace 2 that is disposed downstream of the ignition furnace at a predetermined interval and performs reignition. The DL type sintering machine proceeds sintering by downward suction. A separation time that is time required for a sintering machine pallet to pass through an interval 3 between the ignition furnace 1 and the reignition furnace 2 is one minute or more. Oxygen concentration of a suction gas subjected to the downward suction in the interval 3 is 30 vol% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】再点火法において、離間距離の延長によらない新たな高温保持時間の延長手段を提供する。【解決手段】最初の点火を行う点火炉1と、該点火炉の下流側に所定の間隔を空けて配置されて再点火を行う再点火炉2とを備え、下方吸引により焼結を進行させるDL式焼結機10を用いて焼結鉱を製造する再点火法を用いた焼結鉱の製造方法において、点火炉1と再点火炉2との間の区間3を焼結機パレットが通過するのに要する時間である離間時間が1分以上であり、この区間3において下方吸引される吸引ガスの酸素濃度が30体積%以上である。【選択図】図1 |
