【課題】他車両が自車両に接近してきたときに、他車両のドライバの状態に合わせて適切なタイミングで警告を行うことのできる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】車両衝突回避装置は、自車両と自車両の周辺を走行する他車両との車間距離が基準となる距離よりも小さくなったことを受けて他車両へ警告を行うことと、他車両のドライバの不安全状況が検出される場合は、基準となる距離を大きくすることと、を実行するように構成される。上記不安全状況は、ドライバの居眠り、及びわき見を含む。【選択図】図１ |
