To provide an interior part which can make a base material of a fastening part with respect to a base member approach a parting of design of the interior part by arranging the same at an outer edge side of a rear surface of the base material by decreasing a folded region folded to a rear surface of the base material of an excess portion of a skin material.SOLUTION: An interior part (ornament 1) comprises a plate-shaped base material 2 which is fastened to a base member 43, and a skin material 3 for covering a surface of the base material.
