To provide a working platform structure and a post that can set an extension direction and an arrangement direction of work plates placed on a horizontal member in any direction and have excellent versatility.SOLUTION: A working platform structure comprises: a first horizontal member 3 extending in a direction to connect upper ends of posts 2 adjacent to each other in a lateral direction; and a second horizontal member 4 extending in a direction to connect upper ends of the posts 2 adjacent to each other in a longitudinal direction. The first horizontal member 3 and the second horizontal member 4 are arranged to intersect with each other at the upper end of the post 2. A receiver 5 provided at the upper end of the post includes: a bottom plate 6 on which at least one of the first horizontal member 3 and the second horizontal member 4 is placed; and four protrusions 7 rising upward from side portions of the bottom plate 6. An installation interval A of a pair of protrusions 7 provided on opposing first side portions 61 of the bottom plate 6 is formed to a value corresponding to a width dimension of the first horizontal member 3.
