Zusammenfassung: | To provide a cladding having corrosion resistance, conductivity, and thermal conductivity coefficient, while holding flatness caused by shape correction and strength for shape maintaining, and a power collector of a bipolar battery using the same, and a bipolar battery.SOLUTION: There is provided a cladding including: an Al layer; and a stainless steel layer joined to the Al layer, where the Al layer is a pure Al layer whose Al amount in mass% is 99% or greater, the stainless steel layer is a ferritic stainless steel layer including 13.0-19.0% of Cr and 0-0.5% of Mo in mass%, tension strength of the cladding is 1.20 times or greater and 2.40 times or smaller of an σ value indicated by a following formula 1. The formula is:σ=α×x+β(1-x), in the formula 1, α, β, x indicate respectively, tension strength of the Al layer in a finished and annealed state, tension strength of the stainless steel layer in the finished and annealed state, and a ratio of a thickness of the Al layer with respect to a thickness of the cladding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】耐食性、導電性及び熱伝導率を持ちつつ、形状維持のための強度及び形状矯正による平坦度が確保されるクラッド、並びに、当該クラッドを利用した、バイポーラ電池の集電体、及びバイポーラ電池を提供すること。【解決手段】Al層と、前記Al層に接合されたステンレス鋼層と、を有し、前記Al層は、質量%でAl量が99%以上の純Al層であり、前記ステンレス鋼層は、質量%で、Cr:13.0~19.0%、Mo:0~0.5%を含むフェライト系ステンレス鋼層であり、クラッドの引張強度が、下記式1で示されるσ値の1.20倍以上2.40倍以下である、クラッド。σ=α×x+β(1-x) ・・・式1式1中、ここで、α、β、xは、それぞれ、焼鈍仕上した状態のAl層の引張強度、焼鈍仕上した状態のステンレス鋼層の引張強度、及びクラッドの板厚に対するAl層の板厚の割合を示す。【選択図】図3 |
