Zusammenfassung: | To provide a photoelectrolysis module capable of supplying an electrolyte from the outside.SOLUTION: A photoelectrolysis module has a transparent substrate, an electrolytic part, a back sealing member, a side sealing member, and an electrolyte introduction part. The electrolytic part is located between the transparent substrate and the back sealing member, and has a photocatalytic electrode part, an ion exchange membrane, and a counter electrode part. The ion exchange membrane is located between the photocatalytic electrode part and the counter electrode part, and partitions a space on the photocatalytic electrode part side from a space on the counter electrode part side. The back sealing member is in the form of a sheet or plate and seals the electrolytic part together with the transparent substrate and the side sealing member. The side sealing member is provided so as to surround the electrolytic part when the transparent substrate is viewed in plan view, and has a laminated structure in which a first sealing part and a second sealing part are laminated. The first sealing portion and the second sealing portion sandwich the ion exchange membrane to maintain the posture of the ion exchange membrane. The electrolyte introduction part passes between the first sealing part and the second sealing part from the outside and is inserted into the space on the photocatalyst electrode part side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】本発明は、外部から電解液を供給可能な光電解モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】透明基板と、電解部と、裏面封止部材と、側面封止部材と、電解液導入部を有し、電解部は、透明基板と裏面封止部材の間に位置し、光触媒電極部と、イオン交換膜と、対向電極部を有し、イオン交換膜は、光触媒電極部と対向電極部の間に位置し、光触媒電極部側の空間と対向電極部側の空間に区画しており、裏面封止部材は、シート状又は板状で透明基板及び側面封止部材とともに電解部を封止するものであり、側面封止部材は、透明基板を平面視したときに電解部を囲繞するように設けられ、かつ、第1封止部と第2封止部が積層された積層構造を有し、第1封止部と第2封止部は、イオン交換膜を挟んでイオン交換膜の姿勢を保持しており、電解液導入部は、外部から第1封止部と第2封止部の間を通過して光触媒電極部側の空間に挿入されている構成とする。【選択図】図5 |
