To provide a door body and a door structure, which can suppress radiation leakage from a space between adjacent inside members.SOLUTION: A door body 20 is installed in a wall opening Wa of a wall body W and has a front door panel 21, a rear door panel 22, and a plurality of inside members 23 disposed in a door internal space between the front door panel 21 and the rear door panel 22. The plurality of inside members 23 are aligned adjacent in a vertical direction and/or a longitudinal direction of the door body 20. The inside member 23 is formed of a raw material having radiation shielding property.
