Zusammenfassung:To provide a reformer capable of readily securing a heat source.SOLUTION: A reformer is installed in a vehicle (10) that includes an internal combustion engine (12) and an exhaust pipe (25a) that discharges exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine (12) via a catalyst (25b). The vehicle (10) uses water and hydrogenated fuel as fuel and has an outer pipe (53) that covers an outside of the exhaust pipe (25a), and around the catalyst (25b), a space (S) is formed between the exhaust pipe (25a) and the outer pipe (53).
