Zusammenfassung: | SOLUTION: A diagnosis device, which diagnoses a state of an instrument including a rotating rotary part by force delivered from a rotary shaft, comprises: an oscillation information acquisition unit that acquires oscillation information including waveform information on oscillation of the rotary part; an analysis unit that decomposes an oscillation waveform into a plurality of frequency components, and outputs values of a plurality of oscillation levels indicative of a degree of oscillation for each frequency component; and a determination unit that determines presence or absence of abnormality of at least one of the rotary shaft and rotary part on the basis of the values of the plurality of oscillation levels the analysis unit outputs. The determination unit is configured to compare the value of oscillation level for each of the frequency components with a normal value of the oscillation level for each frequency component as to each of one or more frequencies included in a range from a first frequency being a frequency smaller than a rotation frequency of the rotary shaft to the rotation frequency thereof, and determine the presence or absence of the abnormality of the at least one of the rotary shaft and the rotation part on the basis of a comparison result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【解決手段】 回転軸から伝達された力により回転する回転部品を備える機器の状態を診断する診断装置が、回転部品の振動の波形情報を含む振動情報を取得する振動情報取得部と、振動波形を複数の周波数成分に分解し、周波数成分ごとの振動の度合いを示す複数の振動レベルの値を出力する解析部と、解析部が出力した複数の振動レベルの値に基づいて、回転軸及び回転部品の少なくとも一方の異常の有無を判定する判定部とを備える。判定部は、回転軸の回転周波数よりも小さな周波数である第1周波数から、回転周波数までの間の範囲に含まれる1以上の周波数のそれぞれについて、周波数成分ごとの振動レベルの値を、当該周波数成分ごとの振動レベルの正常値と比較し、比較の結果に基づいて、回転軸及び回転部品の少なくとも一方の異常の有無を判定する。【選択図】図1 |
