Zusammenfassung:To provide a bandsaw capable of efficiently and automatically adjusting, a drive speed, without experienced techniques.SOLUTION: A bandsaw 10 comprises: an endless saw blade 24; a pair of wheels 26 to which the saw blade is wound; cutting means 20 having a rotation motor 28 which is connected to one wheel and is rotated; and feeding means 30 having a feeding motor 32 which moves the cutting means in a cutting direction. The bandsaw further comprises: a vibration measurement sensor 40 for detecting vibration which is generated in the cutting; a saw blade vertical position measurement sensor 50 for detecting a height position of a saw blade; a saw blade horizontal position measurement sensor 51 for detecting a horizontal position of the saw blade; a determination part 60 for comparing a measured value with a vibration set value of the vibration measurement sensor, a measured value with a saw blade height change set value of the saw blade vertical position measurement sensor, and a measured value with a saw blade position set value of the saw blade horizontal position measurement sensor; and a control part 70 for, on the basis of determination by the determination part, controlling at least one of a rotation speed of the rotation motor and rotation speed of the feeding motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】経験豊富な技術がなくても運転速度を効率良く自動調整できるバンドソーを提供する。【解決手段】バンドソー10は、無端状の鋸刃24と、鋸刃を掛け回す一対のホイール26と、一方の前記ホイールに接続して回転駆動させる回転用モータ28を有する切断手段20と、切断手段を切断方向に移動させる送り用モータ32を有する送り手段30を備えたバンドソーにおいて、切断時に発生する振動を検出する振動計測センサー40と、鋸刃の高さ位置を検出する鋸刃鉛直位置計測センサー50と、鋸刃の水平位置を検出する鋸刃水平位置計測センサー51と、振動計測センサーの測定値と振動設定値、鋸刃鉛直位置計測センサーの計測値と鋸刃高さ変化設定値、及び前記鋸刃水平位置計測センサーの計測値と鋸刃位置設定値を比較する判定部60と、判定部の判定に基づいて回転用モータの回転速度と送り用モータの回転速度の少なくとも一方を制御する制御部70を備える。【選択図】図1
