Zusammenfassung: | To provide composite particles for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery that can sufficiently suppress the increase of inside temperature of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery even under environments where the inside temperature tends to rise such as high temperature environments and can suppress the electrical resistance of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery to a low level.SOLUTION: The composite particles for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery contain metal hydroxide particles and conductive particles. The volume resistivity at 60 MPa pressure is 0.10 Ω cm or more and 4×104 Ω cm or less. The endothermic value measured by a differential scanning calorimetry at 50°C to 250°C is 150 J/g or more and 500 J/g or less. The amount of desorbed P2 (MS1) at 80 to 1400°C measured by a thermal desorption spectroscopy mass spectrometry (TDS-MS) is 300×10-6 mol/g or more and 3000×10-6 mol/g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高温環境下等の内部温度が上昇しやすい環境下においても非水電解質二次電池の内部温度の上昇を十分に抑制し、かつ非水電解質二次電池の電気抵抗を小さく抑えることができる非水電解質二次電池用複合粒子を提供する。【解決手段】金属水酸化物粒子と導電性粒子とを含有する複合粒子であって、60MPa加圧時の体積抵抗率が0.10Ωcm以上4×104Ωcm以下であり、示差走査熱量測定における50℃~250℃の吸熱量が150J/g以上500J/g以下であり、昇温脱離ガス質量分析計(TDS-MS)による80~1400℃までの脱離P2量(MS1)が300×10-6mol/g以上3000×10-6mol/g以下であることを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池用複合粒子。【選択図】なし |
