Zusammenfassung: | To provide an endoscope imaging device and an endoscope whose sizes are small.SOLUTION: An endoscope imaging device acquires an image of an object to be observed, and comprises: a lens barrel internally provided with an imaging lens; an imaging element for receiving light passed through the imaging lens, and performing photoelectric conversion; a circuit board to which the imaging element is electrically connected; and a signal cable electrically connected to the imaging element. The circuit board comprises at least a first flat surface part, a second flat surface part connected to the first flat surface part by a first bent part, and a third flat surface part connected to the second flat surface part by a second bent part. The first flat surface part and the third flat surface part are parallel to an optical axis of the imaging lens. The second flat surface part is inclined with respect to the optical axis.
