Zusammenfassung: | To provide a catheter which can satisfy both tensile elongation properties and tensile strength and which includes in an inner layer thereof a PTFE tube having a smaller thickness.SOLUTION: A catheter 60 includes in an inner layer thereof a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tube having a thickness of 0.005-0.04 mm, an inner diameter of 0.3-2.5 mm, and a tensile breaking elongation of 350% or more. In a temperature rising process in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), a melting energy calculated from an endothermic peak of 370°C±5°C is 0.6 J/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
