To provide an antibacterial heat-resistant resin composition which is excellent in a balance among impact resistance, heat resistance and antibacterial property.SOLUTION: An antibacterial heat-resistant resin composition contains a maleimide-based copolymer (A) containing a first aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit and a first maleimide-based monomer unit, and an ABS-based resin (B), wherein in 100 pts.mass of the antibacterial heat-resistant resin composition, the content of the ABS-based resin (B) is 50.0-98.0 pts.mass, at least a part of the first maleimide-based monomer unit is a maleimide-based monomer unit having a tertiary amino group on a side chain, and in 100 pts.mass of the antibacterial heat-resistant resin composition, the content of the maleimide-based monomer unit having the tertiary amino group on the side chain is 0.80 pts.mass or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】耐衝撃性、耐熱性、及び抗菌性のバランスに優れる抗菌性耐熱樹脂組成物を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明によれば、第１の芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及び第１のマレイミド系単量体単位を含有するマレイミド系共重合体（Ａ）と、ＡＢＳ系樹脂（Ｂ）を含有する、抗菌性耐熱樹脂組成物であって、前記抗菌性耐熱樹脂組成物１００質量部中、前記ＡＢＳ系樹脂（Ｂ）の含有量が５０．０～９８．０質量部であり、少なくとも一部の前記第１のマレイミド系単量体単位は、側鎖に３級アミノ基を有するマレイミド系単量体単位であり、前記抗菌性耐熱樹脂組成物１００質量部中の、側鎖に３級アミノ基を有するマレイミド系単量体単位の含有量が０．８０質量部以上である、抗菌性耐熱樹脂組成物が提供される。【選択図】なし
