OPERATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE FOR MULTI-CAR ELEVATOR

To provide an operation management device of a multi-car elevator capable of stopping all cars at all service floors even if the cars are not retreated to a space not included in the service floors of the elevator.SOLUTION: An operation management device for a multi-car elevator that manages an operation of the multi-car elevator in which a plurality of cars can simultaneously move in a plurality of hoist-ways, includes a group management unit that performs group management of a plurality of car movement control units and a plurality of raising/lowering drive devices. The plurality of raising/lowering drive devices are provided at least one more than the plurality of cars. The one car and the one raising/lowering drive device are configured to be coupled to or decoupled from each other. Based on combinations of coupling and decoupling of the plurality of cars and the plurality of raising/lowering drive devices, the group management unit creates route data including pieces of information on respective destination floors of the plurality of cars and transmits them to the plurality of car movement control units and the plurality of raising/lowering drive devices.
