Zusammenfassung:	To provide an attaching treatment device that provides a finger pressure massage effect and from which a granular material is hard to fall.SOLUTION: An attaching treatment device 10 includes: a flexible adhesive sheet 20 provided with an adhesive layer 22 on a rear surface of a substrate sheet 21 formed of a circular urethane sheet; and a spherical granular material 30 bonded to the adhesive sheet 20 via the adhesive layer 22.
