INSULATION WIRE WITH TERMINAL AND METAL SURFACE COATING COMPOSITION

To provide an insulation wire with a terminal in which a coat layer at a junction between a metal terminal and a metal conductor is stable even under high temperatures and provides excellent corrosion resistance to a metal material which is a material to be coated and to provide a metal surface coating composition suitable for the formation of a coat layer of the insulation wire with a terminal.SOLUTION: There is provided an insulation wire with a terminal 10 in which a junction 7 between a metal terminal 1 and a metal conductor 13 is covered with a coat layer 17 containing the following components (A) and (B) and to provide a metal surface coating composition suitable for the formation of a coat layer of the insulation wire with a terminal: (A) a lubricant base oil, (B) a metal salt of a compound having an alkyl group and a sulfo group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金属端子と金属導体との接合部のコート層が、高温下でも安定で、被コーティング材である金属材料に対して優れた耐食性を与える端子付き絶縁電線、及び、この端子付き絶縁電線のコート層の形成に好適な金属表面コーティング用組成物を提供する。【解決手段】金属端１子と金属導体１３との接合部７が下記成分（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）を含むコート層１７により覆われた端子付き絶縁電線１０、及び、この端子付き絶縁電線のコート層の形成に好適な金属表面コーティング用組成物：（Ａ）潤滑油基油、（Ｂ）アルキル基とスルホ基とを有する化合物の金属塩。【選択図】図１
