A throat 92C forming a narrowest part is provided between an upstream part and a downstream part of the flow passage, and a rear edge part 90D of each blade 90 has a steep inclined part 91 inclined more steeply than the upstream side of the throat 92C in a direction of widening the flow passage 92 from the throat 92C to the downstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
