Zusammenfassung: | To improve inspection efficiency and versatility by enabling non-destructive inspection of a living body of an object to be inspected.SOLUTION: An operation model is constructed such that a sample living body infected with a parasite and a sample living body not infected with a parasite are irradiated with near infrared rays in advance, diffuse reflected light or diffuse transmitted light is received from a sample living body and its absorbance is measured, based on a quadratic differential spectrum in the absorbance, operation is performed related to damage level obtained by quantifying presence or absence of infection of a living body with a parasite and/or a degree of development from absence of development to a maximum of presence of development due to infection, a living body of a test object is irradiated with near infrared rays, and presence or absence of infection and/or the damage level is determined from calculation results calculated from absorbance of diffuse reflected light or diffuse transmitted light from a living body of the object and the above calculation model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】 被検対象の生体を非破壊的に検査することのできるようにして、検査効率の向上を図るとともに、汎用性の向上を図る。【解決手段】 予め、寄生虫に感染しているサンプル生体と寄生虫に感染していないサンプル生体とに近赤外線を照射し、サンプル生体からの拡散反射光あるいは拡散透過光を受光してその吸光度を測定し、この吸光度における二次微分スペクトルに基づいて生体の寄生虫に対する感染の有無及び/または感染による予め定めた発症無しから発症有りの最大までの発症の程度を数値化した被害度に係る演算を行う演算モデルを構築し、被検対象の生体に近赤外線を照射し、被検対象の生体からの拡散反射光あるいは拡散透過光の吸光度と上記の演算モデルとから演算された演算結果により感染の有無及び/または被害度を判別する。【選択図】図8 |
