To provide a binder containing inorganic fiber molded body enabling fiber scattering to be suppressed in a case of high basis weight and low binder amount.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a binder containing inorganic fiber molded body formed by making a binder contained in an inorganic fiber molded body. Basis weight of the inorganic fiber molded body is more than 2600 g/m2. Content of the binder is 0.01 pts. mass or more and 2.24 pts. mass or less with respect to the inorganic fiber molded body 100 pts. mass.
