The liquid A contains an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer of an aliphatic polyisocyanate, an aliphatic polyisocyanate derivative, and a latent active hydrogen compound which generates an active hydrogen group by reacting with water. The aliphatic polyisocyanate derivative contains an isocyanurate derivative. The liquid B contains an active hydrogen compound.
